ISOLATION NO MORE - AN ONLINE CIRCLE FOR CONNECTION AND SUPPORT (1)

In times like this, it is important to still come together and feel connected.

I will be hosting a virtual online circle you can participate from home. All you need is a computer, a phone, or a tablet to connect.  Your device should have audio and video capabilities, so we can see, and hear one another.

You don't have to be religious to participate. All creeds are welcome, as well as genders. 

I will follow circle principles to hold a sacred space for you. I ask you to: 

Be present to hear one another

Only one person speaks at the time

Everything that happens in circle, stays in circle; confidential

This is a judgment-free zone; feel free to be vulnerable

Depending on how many people show up, I will try to give everyone a chance to voice their feelings and needs.

We will:

Have a 5 sense meditation

Give each one an opportunity to put your voice in the circle and speak about what is "alive" for you: fears, hopes, experiences.

We will end with closing thought and meditation, and positivity.
