About the event

Calling all soulful, free-spirited men and women to join us for our monthly Full Moon Drum Circle.

The March full Moon is particularly special because it reaches its peak on the same day as the spring equinox, on March 20, 2019. The last time the full Moon and the spring equinox coincided this closely (4 hours apart) was in March 2000, but the last time they occurred on the same date was on March 20, 1981!

This full Moon is also a supermoon, meaning the Moon will be nearly at its closest to Earth for the month of March. It’s the year’s third (and final) of three straight full supermoons. This means that the Moon may “appear” brighter and bigger than normal, provided the night sky is clear and dark.

Activities:

6:45pm Check in.

7pm Circle starts. Intros, oracle cards and conversations. Learn "how to spring clean the soul" and Meditation with Carolina Luna. Plus drumming, dancing and connection!

A Circle is a great way to reset, nurture the soul and reconnect with their divinity inherited within each one. Come learn new things, and meet like minded souls. We create a sacred space and tapp into the powerful Full Moon energies to let go of what no longer serves our highest purpose, and to fuel our desired intentions.

Join us for an evening of connection, relaxation, meditation, and drumming! This circle is an initiative of Goddesshood, which hosts the popular Full Moon Drum Circles at Robert Moses Beach during the summer. We have moved the circles indoors in a private beach house in the North Shore until the warmer days are upon us. The circle is at the lovely beach home of our lead drummer Akiva The Believer and his beloved wife Lisa Ann.

Bring your Drums, your POSITIVE VIBES, and join us! All levels welcome! Additional drums available.

Newbies, please arrive earlier for a quick drum lesson while seasoned drummers warm up!

Please try to arrive on time or a little earlier to get the most of the experience!

This circle is lightful and energetic, geared to foster candid conversations, ground you and center you more, plus get you grooving.
