BEACH CIRCLE AND DRUMMING SEPTEMBER

We gather every summer at Robert Moses Field 5 for our series of Full Moon Drum Circles! This is where the magic happens!

Join us as we gather as a community of free-spirited individuals who love and appreciate nature, connection, fun and play!

We welcome men and woman from multi-generations and walks of life. Our gatherings are non-religious, non-denominational; we simply bring everyone together to RESET, HAVE FUN AND ENJOY NATURE. 

Our Featured Artist: 

"Jon Gayfield is a fire performer, DJ, former US Navy helicopter pilot, and small business owner. After learning to spin fire on the beaches of Florida in 2010, he has performed in various locations such as Tokyo, Japan, Burning Man, music festivals, and small gatherings around the US. His primary artistic passion is for DJing electronic music, going by the name “ignifluous” he has mixed music for fire and flow artists at Flame Festival in Northern Georgia, Burning Man, and several other Florida music festivals. Activities for This Circle:

6:00pm GATHERING STARTS

6:30pm CIRCLE OPEN. Sacred Space. Stretches and Meditation, followed by drumming. 

Fire Performance starts at dusk. 

8:30-8:45pm Closing Circle

Bring your drum, your enthusiasm and your loved ones to watch the sunset and the moon rise together, as we drum, dance and reset, renewing our energy and spirits. 

Co-ed. All ages. All level drummers welcomed. Other instruments welcome as well.

Our Featured Artists: 

Akiva the Believer is a long-time professional hand drummer who has worked with many influential artists in the Jewish community, and much more. He is an improvisational performer and spiritual guide, alongside his lovely wife, cantor Lisa Wharton. Akiva is the official lead drummer for Goddesshood. 

Your Event Organizer:

Goddess Luna is the Circle Leader for Goddesshood, a Divine Feminine Awakening Movement focused on building sisterhood, community, and support for men and women in their journey to becoming the best version of themselves. Join Luna to learn practical, empowering and self-mastering tools. Luna hosts a circle every month on or around the Full Moon. A Circle is a great way for both men and women to nurture and reconnect with source and balance the feminine and masculine polarities within, connect with other like-minded people and honor our spiritual selves. 

Donations are welcome and help us to keep these events going.

How to find us on the Beach:

Enter Field 5. After the toll booth, drive towards the end of the parking lot.

We gather on the sand.  

What to bring:

Beach chair or blanket, beverages, and snacks. 

Bug Spray and a sweater (just in case)

This event is lead by Carolina Luna, creator of Goddesshood,  an awakening movement created to gather, connect and inspire individuals to reconnect with the divinity innate within each one of us.
